Infopark Technology Business Centre (TBC) is located in the Centre location of Kochi, at the Ground Floor of Jawahar Lal Nehru Stadium. The spaces are created in plug and play fashion with Co-sharing spaces and dedicated small independent cubicles for the use of Micro Small Medium category Companies in the IT/ITES sector.

This facility was initially the ITES Habitat operated by the Kerala State IT Mission. Based on the Government Order GO(Rt).No.130/2013/ITD Dt.06.06.2013, Infopark has taken over this facility from Kerala State IT Mission from 1st November 2013. The space utilized to create this facility is leased from Greater Cochin Development Authority (GCDA) which is the Government authority owns the Stadium. Total leased space of approx. 30747.5 Sq.ft. is further improved to create the TBC office spaces.

Around 78 companies are presently operating from this facility as independent offices as well as on seat sharing basis.
