Research Analyst (Exp: 3+yrs)

The ideal candidate will need to be a self-motivated and proactive individual, with high levels of communication skills. The role will be a mixture of buyer target research, some landscape analysis and database use and clean-up. The role will support Market Analysts by gathering and collating company information and researching targets for sell-side services and acquisition targets for our buy-side clients. In-house training will be provided to understand the business, the companies to target and how to use a CRM, create reports etc.

Key responsibilities & and accountabilities

1.To contribute to ICT sector research strategy.

2.To contribute to improving the company CRM platform by data cleansing and updating key information such as company information, services information and shareholder information, using various research resources.

3.To research and add any new companies in the tech sector, not already captured on CRM and update the database with the relevant and key information using various research resources.

4.To develop market intelligence to identify companies which match our profile for buyers and business owners looking to exit. This will be in the form of running CRM reports, analysing the results and creating marketing/call lists for the Pre-Engagement Team.

5.To provide research analysis to support client presentations with research data. This will be in the form of running CRM reports and subsequent analysis of the results, which can be used in creating new business presentations and proposals.

Skills & capabilities

1.The ideal candidate will have an excellent academic background and be educated to degree level.

2.The successful candidate will need to be exceptionally numerate, work accurately and methodically, using practical research skills.

3.Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and interpret companies financial accounts.

4.Possess advanced IT skills, to include knowledge of CRM systems and the full Microsoft Office suite.

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer cum Developer to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer cum Developer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products, as well as implementing them using various programming languages and frameworks. You will work closely with our product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our products meet both functional and aesthetic requirements.

Responsibilities:
• Design and develop user interfaces for web and mobile applications that effectively communicate the product vision and enhance user experience.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance, sanction screening, RegTech, and experience with compliance system installations and upgrades. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our compliance systems and processes meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for compliance systems, including sanction screening and regulatory technology solutions.

· Analyze existing compliance processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

· Lead the implementation of sanction testing systems, working closely with IT teams and vendors to ensure successful deployment.

· Conduct gap analysis to assess compliance with regulatory requirements and recommend solutions to address any deficiencies.

· Provide subject matter expertise on compliance regulations, industry best practices, and emerging trends in RegTech.

· Work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute test plans, ensuring that compliance systems meet functional and regulatory requirements.
