Product Analyst(2+ years)

Beinex is looking for the best-in-class Product Analyst for its India office. This is primarily a Work From Home opportunity based out of India with a potential chance to go abroad as applicable.

Responsibilities

Gather product-specific requirements from the client or internal stakeholders and evaluate and compare them against industry trends
Liaison with Development Lead to give shape to product ideas and features
Validate MVP and POC to ensure coverage and adherence to a complete list of requirements
Act as a support point for business development by contributing to RFX responses, product demos and proof of concepts
Present products to clients to gather feedback and liaison with the development team to implement changes
Analyse metrics to improve company products by proposing innovative ideas and strategies
Contribute to company operations, such as planning, budgeting, and communicating with development and testing teams
Create collaterals for products to present utilities and benefits to the client and internal stakeholders

Key Skills Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or any related field. MBA is preferred but not mandatory
2+ years of relevant product or business analysis experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Solid documentation skills to prepare product workflow diagrams and BRDs
Must have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); knowledge of process workflow tools like draw.io or Visio is preferred but not mandatory
The ability to work under pressure and adapt to change

UI Designer(2+ years)

We are looking for the best-in-class UI designer to join our team.

Responsibilities

Create visually attractive web applications, websites, and mobile applications
Closely collaborate with various stakeholders including product managers, project managers, and product analysts to understand project requirements, goals, and constraints.
Strive to create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation
Understand product specifications and user psychology
Create personas through user research and data
Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g., usability, findability)

Key Skills Requirements

Must have 2+ years of hands-on experience on UI designing
Proficient in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD etc.) and Figma. An eye for detail and in-depth understanding of design elements such as layouts, colours, typography, etc.
Debugging code and re-designing web pages. Testing the website to ensure it is working properly
