About the job

As an IT Sales Associate at NewAgeSysIT, your main responsibility is to evaluate the raw leads assigned to you by reaching out to them over the phone. Your goal is to ascertain whether they have any software development needs that match the service offerings of NewAgeSysIT. You'll be tasked with qualifying between 100 to 120 leads daily and ensuring that a minimum of 15 qualified leads are passed on to the reporting manager every week.

Key Responsibilities:
Qualify raw leads provided by initiating contact via phone calls in the US region.
Assess leads to verify if they have any potential software requirements that aligns with solutions and offerings of NewAgeSysIT .
Aim to qualify between 100 to 120 leads per day, maintaining high productivity and accuracy.
Collaborate closely with the sales team managers to ensure seamless lead handover and information exchange.
Meet monthly targets by ensuring a minimum of 60 qualified leads are identified and forwarded to the reporting manager.
Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and qualification status in the RM system.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales or lead qualification, preferably in the IT industry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a talent for persuading leads.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with potential clients.
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Google Sheets.
High level of professionalism and integrity in handling client interactions.
