Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented Software Lead Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, specializing in both back-end and front-end technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers, designing and implementing robust and scalable software solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:
? Five years of experience in technical leadership and software development.
? Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of full stack developers.
? Architect scalable and maintainable software solutions using best practices and design patterns.
? Define coding standards, development processes, and methodologies to ensure high-quality deliverables.
? Full Stack Development:
? Develop end-to-end features and modules across the entire technology stack, including frontend (React.js, Next.js) and backend (Node.js, Java, Spring Boot).
? Collaborate with frontend and backend developers to integrate frontend interfaces with backend APIs.
? Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization between frontend and backend systems.
? React.js Development:
? Lead the development of user-facing features using React.js library.
? Implement reusable React components and patterns to ensure consistency and maintainability across the application.
? Optimize frontend components for performance and responsiveness.
? Node.js and Express.js Development:
? Design and develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express.js frameworks.
? Implement middleware for authentication, authorization, and request processing.
? Ensure security best practices are followed in backend development.
? Next.js Integration:
? Utilize Next.js framework for server-side rendering (SSR) and/or static site generation (SSG) to enhance performance and SEO of the web application.
? Integrate routing, data fetching, and other Next.js features to build efficient and scalable applications.
? Java and Spring Boot Development:
? Develop backend microservices and business logic using Java and Spring Boot framework.
? Design and implement database schemas, queries, and optimizations using relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
? Implement caching mechanisms and optimize backend performance.
? Database Management:
? Design and optimize database schemas and queries for performance and scalability.
? Work with relational and NoSQL databases, including MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.
? Ensure data consistency, integrity, and security in database operations.
? DevOps and Deployment:
? Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions.
? Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
? Configure and maintain containerized environments using Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
? Quality Assurance and Testing:
? Implement unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests for frontend and backend components.
? Conduct code reviews and enforce code quality standards within the development team.
? Perform manual and automated testing to ensure software quality and reliability.
? Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:
? Document technical specifications, architecture designs, and development processes.
? Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and mentorship programs to enhance team members' skills and expertise.
? Maintain up-to-date documentation of APIs, database schemas, and system architecture.
? Client Communication:
? Interact with clients to gather requirements, provide project updates, and address technical queries.
? Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to prioritize features and roadmap planning.
? Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet client expectations.
? Continuous Learning and Improvement:
? Stay updated with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends relevant to full stack development.
