Job Responsibilities
Delivering a client focused service experience for technology user queries received over the phone, mail or ticketing tools in a professional and timely manner while demonstrating the highest standards of verbal communication.
Serve as the first point of contact for our clients seeking technical assistance over the phone, email and ticketing tool.
Follow best practice ticket management processes, ensuring tickets owned are handled and updated as per process and every effort is made to make service levels.
Walk the customer through the problem-solving process remotely.
Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
Provide accurate information on IT products or services.
Record events and problems and their resolution in logs.
Follow-up and update customer about the support status and make record in ITIL tool.
Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team.
Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures.
Skills Required
Good communication and time-management skills
Hands on Experience in desktop support
Proven experience as a Support Engineer or other customer support role
Good work experience on Office365 and other IT peripherals
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
Motivation to learn new skills and technologies.
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
Experience is any ITIL tool is a plus

We are seeking a talented Technical Content Writer to join our team. As a Technical Content Writer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and informative technical content for various platforms including blogs, websites, and technical documentations. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts and technical teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of content. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and compelling content.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Write and edit technical content, including user manuals, guides, whitepapers, blog posts, and tutorials.
2. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand technical concepts and translate them into clear, concise, and engaging content.
3. Conduct research to gather information and stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.
4. Create and maintain documentation standards, templates, and style guides to ensure consistency and quality across all content.
5. Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and ensure accessibility for all users.
6. Review and revise existing content to improve clarity, accuracy, and usability.
7. Work closely with the marketing team to align content with overall messaging and branding strategies.
8. Participate in cross-functional meetings and provide input on content-related initiatives and projects.
9. Continuously learn and develop your technical skills and writing abilities to enhance the quality and effectiveness of your content.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field.
