What You'll Do

We seek an enthusiastic Associate Vice President (AVP) of Marketing who will execute in the trenches and provide our management team strategic leadership from a market and product perspective.

What You Will Work On

• Take responsibility for an annual marketing plan, strategy, and team.
• Identify and plan differentiated and impactful marketing strategies/materials.
• Build, manage and coach a high-performing marketing team.
• Drive the implementation of marketing campaigns that meet business objectives and drive leads.
• Direct and support market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data for short- and long-term market forecasts and reports
• Work closely with the sales department to align sales and marketing strategies.
• Manage marketing budget and expenditures.
• Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channels.
• Identify competitors, evaluate their strategies and positioning, and devise counterstrategies.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the CEO.
• Build long-term relationships with employees, clients, government officials and stakeholders.
• Forecast hiring needs for the marketing department.

The skills and qualifications you'll need-

• Previous working experience as a Marketing Head for three years (s).
• MBA degree in marketing, communication, or a similar field.
• Must have experience with IT products and services in the last five years.
• Must have experience implementing software solutions for leading organisations.
• Must have 15+ years of experience in IT and relevant fields.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• In-depth knowledge of market research.
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success.
• Solid knowledge of SEO, web analytics and Google AdWords.
• Good to have valid B1/B2 Visa for USA.
• Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Team player.
• Good time-management skills.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• The job locations is Thiruvananthapuram / Open to Travel
