Implementation Lead

Responsibilities:

• Provide support and troubleshooting services to business users of our ERP software.
• Analyse and resolve issues reported by business users, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with the development team to understand ERP software functionality and identify issues.
• Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of ERP software for business users.
• Develop and maintain functional documentation and training materials for business users.
• Provide training and guidance to other members of the IT team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of ERP software functionality and business processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze issues.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with ERP software such as Ramco, WFX or Infor is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other members of the IT team.

Implementation Trainee(Freshers)

Primary Responsibilities:

· Serve as the primary point of contact for end-users within the organization, providing prompt and effective support for the business systems (ERPs, HRMS, etc.)

· Acquire and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products in terms of usage, configuration, implementation and value proposition

· Take ownership of support requests and see them through to resolution

· Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve end user issues

· Respond to user inquiries promptly through various communication channels including phone, email, chat etc. Answer questions regarding how to use the product and features to accomplish their specific tasks or milestones

· Work closely with product engineering and implementation teams for closure of tickets and for taking forward any changes from end users

· Ensure Service Level Agreements are met at all times

· For high priority issues – work to get all relevant stakeholders onto a common telecon bridge and moderate the activities necessary to fix the issue.

· Be a product expert and advocate for a delightful customer experience internally by finding ways to go above & beyond to help end users

· Create innovative solutions to meet support needs of customers and bring down the ticket volume

· Collect feedback from end users and use it to strengthen internal processes

· Document the learnings from resolved issues

· Providing clear constructive product feedback to Product Management / Solutions teams based on customer requirements

Essential Skills Required:

· 0-2 years of experience in a software support role

· The candidate must be a clear communicator (written and oral) and should have the ability to develop and foster peer-to-peer relationships with both internal and client counterparts.

· Very strong problem-solving capabilities and a proven track record in a problem-solving environment are desirable

· Curious, investigative nature - skilled at probing and asking questions to get to the core of customer issues.

· Customer empathy, strong desire to resolve issues towards customer happiness.

· Embraces a strong sense of accountability and ownership and have a high sense of urgency

· Ability to prioritize and triage competing priorities and maintain focus on successful resolution of client issues and tasks.

· Should be a continuous learner with a growth-mindset
