Team Lead - Flutter

FLUTTER TEAM LEAD

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Team Lead with more than 4+ years of experience in total on Mobile Application development to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have experience in both Native development (Android/IOS) and Flutter development with state management solutions such as Bloc or Riverpod, and be able to create clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

- Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
* Publish the app on both the Play Store and App Store and manage its versions.
* Managing the day-to-day tasks of the team.
* Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals and meet the deadline.
* Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
* Delegating tasks to team members and performing Code Review.
* Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented and standard code.
* Translate and Build the designs and Wireframes into high-quality responsive UI code.
* Work with designers to implement pixel-perfect UI designs.
* Work with other developers to integrate with backend APIs and services.

- Requirements:

* 1.5+ years of experience in either Android Native/ IOS Native Development
* 2.5+ years of experience in developing mobile applications using the Flutter framework.
* Must have knowledge of generating flutter plugins to interact with native (iOS/Android) libraries.
* Must have experience in Publishing and handling app versions of at least 2 apps on both the Play Store and App Store.
* Experience with state management solutions such as Bloc and Riverpod.
* Proficient in Dart programming language.
* Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party libraries.
* Experience working with Offline applications.
* Experience with the Git version control system.
