Purpose

To provide 1st, 2nd or 3rd level technical support to Brennan IT clients, engineers and staff, 1st level
monitoring and technical support to Brennan IT clients and staff. To coordinate, collaborate and
escalate incidents within stipulated timelines, maintain existing cloud/infrastructure services and
ensure that environment runs in an optimal way. and Continuously Improve the Efficiency and

Key Responsibilities

Maintaining/contributing to KMS for client and internal team, for both technical & processes
Server monitoring using SCOM, N-ABLE, Logic Monitor, Basic Intune / SCCM configurations
Understanding of O365, Mimecast, Intune, Azure integration
Manage security settings on Microsoft ATP
Knowledge of endpoint security at CSP level for Sophos, SentinelOne, CrowdStrike etc.
Ability to perform initial investigation on security breach alerts
Vendor Management (hardware and Software vendors – HP, Dell, MS, VM, Citrix and others)
Storage understanding NAS, SAN e.g., data domain, IBM, Netapp, Hitachi, Fujitsu, HP 3par
Administration of Windows Server, groups, group policies, DNS, DHCP
Understanding of backups, replications for Veeam, Symantec, Zetro, Commvault
On premises backup alert management, monitoring and restoration
Execution of maintenance tasks, App upgrades, patch escalations etc.
Monitor, Investigate and escalate issues in timely manner as per escalation Matrix
Ability to manage technical escalations from client/end user/internal team
Migration of VM’s from on premise to cloud
Basic understanding of SQL, maintenance plan, backup
Understanding of certificate management on appliance, servers, websites
SSL certificate renewal and installation on various roles (IIS, ADFS, ADC-Netscaler, Apache,

Routine firmware upgrades of Physical Servers.
Capacity planning and management
Patching ESXi hosts and vCenter updates
Basic know how of linux
Availability during critical outages impacting multiple functions
Maintain the performance level and upkeep virtual, physical infrastructure
Working within the team to develop processes to enable Automation, Orchestration, and
enhance existing services
Knowledge of vulnerability management and critical remediation
Change management, performing RCA and able to clearly articulate the actions/outcomes
Desired Experience: 2-5 yrs. minimum experience in Windows Server Administration / System
Administration / Wintel Administration / Hyper V Administration / IT Technical Support role/ for
international clients, preferably in MS IT provider / IT Companies.

Key Competencies:

Knowledge of as many more technologies like VMware, Windows Hypervisors, Azure
Administrations, O365, Mimecast, SQL Administration, Windows Administration.
Must have secondary and tertiary technical skills.
Should have experience in VM Deployment, VM Migration, managing host clusters

Data Engineering Consultant

Position: Data Engineering Consultant

Work Location: Navi Mumbai or Kochi

PURPOSE OF ROLE

As a Data Engineering Consultant, you will deliver projects based on Microsoft’s Azure Data Services. This will include developing components, peer-reviewing code and contributing to the Intellectual Property Library.

The function of this role is to be a developer on data projects, working with our Data Engineering, Data Platform and AI/ML delivery teams and our project management office.


KEY QUALIFICATIONS
Essential
This role requires the following Qualifications.
? Hands-on experience (typically 4+ years) implementing, maintaining, and documenting reliable complex data warehousing /ETL/Business Intelligence environments.
? Designing and Implementing Data Warehouse Solutions using Microsoft Data Services, such as
o Microsoft SQL Server (both on-premises and Azure)
o Microsoft Business Intelligence (MSBI) Solutions

Cloud Engineer Senior Engineer/Associate TL

Purpose of Role:

The role of Cloud Senior Engineer is an engineering/techno leading/SME and enabling role. It looks at current operational practices, develops and enhances existing practices for both BAU and Projects for the Cloud Platform. The role works within the team of skilled Cloud Services engineers to implement new services, maintain existing services, and ensure that the environment runs in an optimal and efficient manner. Can be escalation point for team and have leadership passion. Key activities of the role include:
• Maintain and support existing services;
• Upgrade existing implementations;
• Timely resolution of tickets raised by level 2
• Monitoring and escalating the errors to relevant levels
• Migration of VM’s from on Premise to Cloud
• Engage with client for smooth and timely delivery
• Will be responsible for upliftment of Disk drives and CPU’s
• Manage VM Snapshot
• Monitor Hyperv health on timely manner and isolation of performance issues
• Maintain the performance level and upkeep of the cloud infra.
• Timely restoration of client data
• 24x7 support, with rotational weekend work.
