. Build personalized relationships with customers Point of Contact for customers
. Works closely to ensure customers are looked after seamlessly
. Understands customer expectations through detailed dialogue
. Shares information transparently, offers the best options; coordinates with all related services
. Explains in detail the financial aspects; up-sells product when applicable
. Should be willing to travel to a customer's location for work
