React Team Lead

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated React.js Team Lead to join our growing company. You will work as part of a team to design and develop high-quality software solutions for web applications and mobile apps using React.

Responsibilities and skills

• Design and develop new custom components to meet project requirements
• Knowledge of React.js and Node.js/ next.js, iconic, and any other frameworks available.
• Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds
• Good understanding of server-side templating languages such as Jade, EJS, etc. depending on your technology stack.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS3
• Understanding accessibility and security compliance Depending on the specific project.
• User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
• Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system
• Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application

Quality Analyst (Exp:2.5-5 Yrs)

Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven software tester to be responsible for designing and running tests on software usability. The software tester will conduct tests, analyze the results, and report observations to the design team. You may also interact with clients to understand the product's requirements.

Responsibilities
1. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
2. Solid knowledge of the software development life cycle
(SDLC) and agile methodologies.
3. Experience designing and executing test plans, test cases, and scripts.
4. Proficiency in using test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Quality Center) for test planning, execution, and defect tracking.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
6. Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g.,
Selenium, JUnit, and TestNG) is a plus.
7. Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and experience with web application testing.
8. Knowledge of API testing and experience with tools such as Postman or SoapUl.
9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate test plans, test results, and defects.
10. Strong knowledge of performance testing.

.Net Core Developers (Exp:3-5 Yrs)

Job Description
We are looking for a .Net Core developer responsible for building .Net applications. This includes
anything between complex groups of back-end services and their client-end counterparts. Your
primary responsibility will be to design and develop these applications, and to coordinate with the
rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Thus, a commitment to
collaborative problem-solving, sophisticated design, and product quality is essential.

Responsibilities

1 Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications
2 Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C# code
3 Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications
4 Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
5 Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization

Skills
1 Proficient in .Net Core, with a good knowledge
