Mobile and Web Application Tester
Job Description: We seek a talented and detail-oriented Mobile and Web Application Tester with minimum 3 years of experience in manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate will have a passion for quality assurance, a strong technical aptitude, and a keen eye for detail. You will play a key role in ensuring our mobile and web applications' quality, functionality, and usability.
Key Responsibilities:
Testing & Quality Assurance:
• Conduct comprehensive manual testing for mobile and web applications, ensuring functionality, usability, and performance meet business requirements.
• Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools (e.g., Selenium).
• Perform regression, functional, integration, and system testing to ensure high-quality releases.
• Identify, log, and track bugs using defect tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
Test Planning & Documentation:
• Analyze business and technical requirements to create detailed test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
• Document test results, defects, and overall quality metrics in a clear and organized manner.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and provide testing feedback.
Automation Development:
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks for testing mobile and web applications.
• Optimize automation scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
Collaboration & Communication:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business analysts, to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
• Provide clear and concise reports on testing progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in test automation tools like Selenium, Appium, TestNG, or similar.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries for database validation.
• Familiarity with API testing using tools like Postman or SoapUI.
• Hands-on experience with mobile app testing on both iOS and Android platforms.
• Understanding of performance testing tools such as JMeter (preferred).
Soft Skills:
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey technical concepts effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• ISTQB Foundation Level Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Consultant Product and Delivery Manager to lead and coordinate the successful delivery of innovative software products and services. In this freelance role, you will be instrumental in aligning project execution with business goals while ensuring exceptional quality and client satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, QA, and key stakeholders, to drive efficient and impactful delivery.
Note: While this is a freelance role, working from our Kochi office is highly desirable for enhanced collaboration and alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivery Management:
• Plan, oversee, and deliver software projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Develop and manage project timelines, resource allocation, and delivery milestones.
• Proactively identify risks, blockers, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure product and service delivery meet or exceed quality standards and client expectations.
• Drive the alignment of delivery goals with overall business growth strategies.
Leadership & Team Collaboration:
• Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration among developers, QA, product managers, and stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide team members to enhance performance and achieve delivery excellence.
• Act as the liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to manage expectations and foster alignment.
• Promote a collaborative and trust-driven environment to ensure team success.
Client Engagement:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates and addressing concerns promptly.
• Gather client feedback and ensure alignment with business objectives to enhance satisfaction and outcomes.
• Foster long-term relationships by delivering exceptional service and value.
Problem Solving & Decision Making:
• Quickly assess and address challenges in product delivery, client interactions, and internal processes.
• Analyze complex situations, propose actionable solutions, and ensure timely implementation.
• Collaborate with technical and product managers to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements.
Product Knowledge & Continuous Improvement:
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s products and services to provide valuable insights to clients and internal teams.
• Drive continuous product improvement through client feedback and market analysis.
Process Optimization & Agile Practices:
• Champion Agile/Scrum methodologies to enhance team productivity and delivery efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and remove inefficiencies across the project lifecycle.
• Uphold quality standards and best practices in all project phases.
Qualifications:
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Experience:
• 6+ years of experience in software delivery, product & project management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing medium to large-scale software projects with cross-functional teams.
Technical Knowledge:
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum frameworks, and familiarity with the SDLC.
• Understanding of modern software tools, platforms, and cloud technologies.
• Product management experience is a MUST
Soft Skills:
• Strong leadership, people management, and mentorship abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Superior organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Adaptability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure.
Certifications (Preferred):
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
