SEO Strategist

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior SEO Strategist with at least 3-5 years of proven track record in creating and implementing successful SEO strategies.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization for international clients
Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations and on page recommendations
Research and analyze potential on page issues of international websites.
Develop and implement link building strategy
Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including web developers, content creators, and marketing managers, to implement SEO best practices and ensure consistency across all channels
Advise content teams, including editors and writers, & work to create content workflows and processes.
Ability to take initiatives to identify issues, opportunities and create new processes from scratch.
Lead the optimization of meta descriptions, page titles, and landing pages for search engine marketing
Analyze competitors’ SEO strategies to identify content gaps and opportunities we can capitalize on to gain increased SERP visibility
Monitor and analyze SEO performance leveraging [list relevant tools like: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog etc.]
Prepare progress and performance reports to monitor the effectiveness of SEO strategy
Perform monthly website audits to identify SEO risk and areas for improvement


Professional Skills:
SEO specialist with 3 to 5 years of experience
Good understanding of SEO strategies and an agency structure
Proficiency in using various SEO tools
Experience in working with offshore clients

Senior HR Executive

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing and enhancing HR operations to support a productive and employee-focused work environment. This position requires excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including:
Job requisition and approval coordination.
Creating job postings and sourcing candidates through various channels.
Screening and shortlisting suitable candidates.
Conducting interviews in collaboration with department heads.
Managing the offer process and completing background checks.
2. Onboarding and Orientation
Oversee pre-onboarding processes, including document verification and background verification.
Coordinate and manage onboarding activities such as induction and orientation programs.
Ensure a seamless post-onboarding experience to integrate new hires effectively.
3. Employee Data and Records Management
Maintain and update accurate employee records, including personal, performance, and payroll information.
Oversee attendance, leave tracking, and related policies.
4. Employee Engagement and Relations
Handle grievances and escalate issues in accordance with the company's internal escalation policies.
Assist in designing and executing employee engagement programs.
Act as the point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries.
5. Compensation & Benefits Management
Facilitate salary processing in collaboration with the finance team.
Oversee leave management policies and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
6. Performance Management
Support performance reviews, appraisals, and feedback processes.
Collaborate with department heads to design KPIs and performance benchmarks.
7. Offboarding and Employee Separation
Manage relieving processes, including exit interviews and full-and-final settlements.
Ensure compliance with company policies during the offboarding process.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
A minimum of 4 - 5 years of relevant HR experience.
Strong knowledge of Hiring, HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and employment laws.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in HR software and systems.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
