Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving the successful adoption of Agile methodologies across our development teams. Your primary focus will be implementing and administering Jira to streamline our project management processes and facilitate effective collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the implementation and configuration of Jira within the organization, tailoring it to the specific needs of our development teams.
• Serve as the primary administrator for Jira, managing user accounts, permissions, workflows, and customizations.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive Jira documentation, including user guides, training materials, and best practices.
• Coach development teams on Agile principles, methodologies i.e, Scrum and best practices.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Guide teams in adopting Agile values and principles, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, design) to ensure smooth project execution.
• Identify areas for optimization and implement changes to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
• Generate reports and dashboards from Jira to track project progress, identify key metrics, and provide insights to stakeholders.
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of experience in implementing and administering Jira, including customization, workflow design, and reporting.
• Extensive experience in implementing and administering Jira, including customization, workflow design, and reporting.
• Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master with a strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Experience in the travel software industry is a plus.
• Jira certifications & Scrum Master Certification are preferred.

Sr. MVC / .Net + Angular Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET + Angular Developer to join our growing team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust web applications and services using these technologies. You'll collaborate closely with team members across different layers of the infrastructure to deliver exceptional solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Design and develop complex web applications and web services leveraging .NET and Angular technologies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate all aspects of application development within the framework of the overall infrastructure.
• Possess a minimum of 6 years of experience designing, developing, and testing large-scale applications using various Microsoft technologies, including (but not limited to) Angular, C#, .NET, .NET Core, and SQL Server.
• Architect and develop API and back-end code using ASP.NET, MVC, WebApi, Angular 10+ (or later versions).
• Build and maintain front-end applications using Angular.
• Possess experience integrating web services (SOAP/RESTful), analyzing failures, and implementing solutions.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of requirements gathering, design principles, and code review practices.
• Understand and leverage Microsoft Azure platform, services, tools, and technologies.
• Possess a solid grasp of enterprise-scale technologies and the development of large-scale services.
• Analyze architectural options (complexity, performance, high availability, scalability, durability) and recommend the most appropriate implementation for each scenario.

Responsibilities
