# Responsibilities

- Be the specialist in complex technical areas, oversee benchmarking, coding standards and code quality.

# Qualifications

- 6+ years experience in Pixel-Perfect Design to HTML Conversion, JavaScript and CSS Preprocessors like Sass or Less.
- Should have extensive Responsive/Adaptive web design experience in AJAX, XML, JSON.
- Experience in the implementation of Google Tag Manager and Facebook Pixel integration for tracking user interactions and events.
- Experience in WCAG AAA accessibility standards and SEO best practices in UI development.
- Experience in creating smooth and engaging animations using CSS, JavaScript, or animation libraries like GreenSock (GSAP).
- Experience in enforcing coding standards and best practices to maintain high code quality and readability.
- Strong organising skills and ability to strictly adhere the process in a disciplined manner.

# Responsibilities

- Ensuring high performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS
- Designing, develop and implementing new user-facing features and functionalities
- Establishing and guiding the website’s architecture
- Create CMS themes that are SEO-friendly.
- Converting comprehensive layouts and wireframes into working HTML pages
- Understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers.
