UI Specialist

We are seeking a truly passionate User Interface Engineer with technical capabilities to drive and execute complex projects and initiatives in UI development. # Responsibilities
- Be a member of the Technical Architect team and be part of technical initiatives and directions in the organization.
- Be the specialist in complex technical areas, overseeing benchmarking, development standards, and code quality.
- Be able to go hands-on with complex and challenging tasks, and be the technical expert within the UI team.
- Define coding standards and automated code check-in gateways for various technology stacks in front-end.
- Conduct code reviews and implement automated testing to ensure UI components meet quality standards.
- Set technical directions based on current technology trends and standards.
- Function as an advocate of User-Centered Design principles and processes.
- Ability to take great and complex designs to the next level with creative technical implementation.
- Understand and define design systems for component-driven development.
- Work on estimates, POCs, and discovery for prospective deals, closely collaborating with the sales team to close deals.
- Mentor UI developers within the team, providing technical guidance and support.
- Engage in objective, data-driven conversations, prioritizing the quality of the deliverables.
# Qualifications
- Must be a user interface expert with at least 8 years of experience in pixel-perfect design to HTML5 conversion, and in-depth knowledge in CSS3 (LESS, SASS, Tailwind).
- Proficiency in JavaScript [ES6 Plus], and familiarity with frameworks such as React, Next.js, etc.; including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
- Experience in implementing Web Accessibility (AAA) / WCAG guidelines.
- Experience in implementing SEO best practices.
- Knowledge of Core Web Vitals and GLHS.
- Deep knowledge of browsers, browser quirks, and the rendering lifecycle.
- Experience creating complex front-end applications from scratch, setting up architecture and configuring tools.
- Good knowledge of Node & NPM, and advanced knowledge of build systems such as Webpack, Grunt, Gulp, etc., including linting, compiling, and minifying.
- Experience in the implementation of Google Tag Manager and Facebook Pixel integration for tracking user interactions and events.
- Experience in creating smooth and engaging animations (particularly 2D) using CSS, JavaScript, or animation libraries like GreenSock (GSAP).
- Proficient understanding of cross-browser and multi-device compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
- Has a keen eye for design and usability concepts.
- Strong organizing skills and ability to strictly adhere to processes in a disciplined manner.

Full Stack Developer (Product Development)

Team Lead - CMS
