Hr executive- Female

Responsibilities:
* To be in charge for the complete employee lifecycle, onboarding, performance management, and smooth offboarding processes.
* Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Handle employee relations matters, including addressing employee concerns, conducting investigations, and
recommending appropriate resolutions.
* To maintain employee documentation, Maintain accurate and employee records and generate reports as required.
* To maintain attendance and payroll
* To review and improve HR policies, procedures, and practices.
* Conduct performance evaluations and provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans.


Requirements:

* Master's/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
* Proven work experience as an HR executive or similar HR role(preferably from Service industry) preferring 1+ yrs experience .
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey HR information and
policies.
* Possess advanced proficiency in the MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel & PowerPoint,
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
