Job Description / Duties & Responsibilities
• Take a senior engineer role in managing tasks in a sprint, reviewing the code of team members, and
ensuring first time quality of code.
• Actively participate in the Agile ceremonies like the sprint planning, story grooming, daily scrums or
standup meetings, Retrospective meeting, and Sprint reviews.
• Connect with stakeholders to understand requirements and produce technical specifications based on
the business requirements.
• Write “clean”, well-designed code.
• Follow technology best practices.
• Follow modern agile based development process including automated unit testing.
• Take complete ownership of the tasks, user stories committed by self/team.
• Develop and deploy new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary.
• Understand the development processes agreed at the organization/client level and ensure that these
are followed diligently in the project.
• Actively participate in optimizing and evolving this process for the improvement of project execution.
• Understand user stories, translate that into technical specifications and convert this into working code.

Job Specification / Skills and Competencies
• Expertise in developing .NET Core/.NET Framework and Angular based web applications with RDBMS or
NoSQL database back-end.
• Strong skills in ASP.Net MVC, Web API, HTML 5, CSS, JavaScript technologies.
• Proven Expertise in C#, Angular 6+ & Typescript, npm, bootstrap, webpack.
• Excellent development experience using web and JavaScript technologies expertise with HTML/XHTML,
XML, JSON, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, DOM, and version control systems (such as git, visual code).
• Good working exposure with REST API and very strong knowledge in object-oriented concepts & design
patterns.
• Good understanding of Angular concepts – Interceptors, Pipes, Directives, Decorators etc.
• Good understanding of Rxjs and store concepts.
• Experience in writing Unit test case using Jasmine/Karma or Jest is a plus.
• Demonstrated willingness to develop with new/unfamiliar technologies.

• Well versed with troubleshooting issues and debugging the Java script code.
• Understands impacts of performance-based designs, accessibility standards and security compliance in
development.
• Good understanding and working knowledge on project tracking tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, and

Lead Test Engineer-Oracle Fusion HCM

Skills – Mandatory

4) Hands on experience in System, Regression, Integration and End to End Testing.
5) Experience in doing UAT support.

Job Purpose
To work with the project team to understand the requirements and test the HCM features within Fusion HCM.

Job Description
• Act as a Test Analyst and perform functional testing activities for an application built using Fusion HCM.
• Participate in the requirement understanding exercises to understand the requirements and achieve good functional test coverage.
• Follow the defined test strategy and the process guidelines to ensure quality of the application under test.
• Write test scenarios and test cases for application functionalities as well as End to End integrations using testing management tools like ALM.
• Perform functional testing for an application built on Oracle fusion cloud like the System testing, Regression testing (including automation), Integration testing as well as End to end testing.
• Collaborate with the team and work towards achieving the release goals.
• Look out for improving the processes followed by bringing industry best practices and innovations in the testing performed.
• Work in close liaison with the customer and project team for communications related to the testing activities.

Duties and Responsibilities
Following should be the responsibilities of a test Analyst:
• Act as a Test Analyst for one of the applications built using Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Follow the test strategy and test approach for the application under test to meet the project timelines without compromising on quality.
• Work closely with the customer and the project team to understand the requirements, write test scenarios as well as test cases.
• Perform test activities for each sprint and ensure that the testing is performed as per the defined test strategy and testing processes.
• Create test automation script for Fusion HCM Modules.
• Create and maintain Impact Matrix for every user story in scope.
• Collaborate with the rest of the project team and keep them posted on any risks foreseen w.r.t application quality.
• Certify that the features getting delivered meet the quality expectations from the functional standpoint.
• Perform test reporting like test progress report, summary report, quality metrics, run defect triage meetings etc.
• Identify and implement technical innovations that add value and improve the testing processes.

• The candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and be team oriented.
