Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Employee Engagement & Relations:
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
Address employee grievances and ensure resolution in line with company policies.

HR Operations:
Manage employee records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Administer payroll, attendance, and leave management systems.

Performance Management:
Assist in the execution of performance appraisal processes and employee
development programs.
Provide support in goal-setting and tracking employee performance.

Training & Development:
Identify training needs and organize professional development programs for employees.
Support employees in career progression initiatives.

Policy Implementation:
Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

HR Analytics:
Generate reports on HR metrics to guide decision-making and strategy.

Key Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in HR generalist functions, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
