We JTSi Technologies India Pvt Ltd, are urgently looking for an Administration Executive for our operations in Kochi. The incumbent must be an experienced in Client Relations and with excellent communications skills.

Designation : Administration Executive
Qualification : Prefer an MBA/PGDM/MHRM
Experience : Minimum 1 Year to 4 Years
Remuneration : Salary ranges will be the best in the industry.
Job Timings : 07.30 PM to 04.30 AM IST (Monday – Friday)
Place of Posting : Infopark, Kochi.

Mandatory Skillsets:

Excellent communications skills, pleasing personality, Client Relations. HR and Admin support.
MS Office, Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Provides administrative support.
2. Excellent MS Power point, Excel, and MS project planning skills.
3. Excellent MS word skills
4. Good presentation skills
5. Good communication skills
6. Excellent Organizational skills
7. Good writing and oral skills
8. Work U.S central time hours (CST)
9. Write status reports.
10. Reports and MIS.
11. Understand service level expectations and record them in Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Monitor the service provided. Report actual service delivery results.
12. Be available/interact/represent JTSI on Client/Internal calls during NS2/client available hours – Central zone.
13. Create reports using MS Tools - MS Power point, Excel, Word and MS project.
